Real Clear Politics keeps a running average every day on the polls around the country concerning, among other things, presidential job approval.
Many of these query only “Adults” who take the poll, and these tend to be favorable to Obama. Some of the polls only report registered voters, which trend generally less favorable towards Obama. Rasmussen is generally the only poll comprised of Likely Voters, which consistently score Obama lower than the other samples.
For the first time, Obama’s average approval rating is negative at -.5%, proof positive of the effect the Health Reform push is having on voters. They clearly do not like it.

For Democrats to blame Obama’s low poll numbers as a reflection of the Democrat’s failure to push through a Health Reform bill is a serious misread of the voters.
And it will be at their own peril should this massively unpopular bill be passed – especially by the underhanded methods they are using.
This issue will be front and center from now until election day (and beyond).
